With a background as an international-level pole vaulter, I understand the challenges of pushing beyond your comfort zone—and the incredible growth that happens there. Over the years, I’ve discovered that the most rewarding part of this journey is watching my clients surpass their goals, gaining not only physical strength but also mental resilience. This inspires me to continually refine my skills and provide every client with the tools and support they need to thrive.
